At LUDAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason it doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Important: Because our heat presses are personalized, products with customized designs or text cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:


  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • You received a different item than you ordered.Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we will need:


  • Order number.

  • Description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once the situation is verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Warranty

All our heat presses are made with high-quality materials and come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:


  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidental bumps or damage.

  • Improper use of the product.Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on the banking institution.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product, Keylaib will cover all shipping costs.

In any other case, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Changes or Cancellations

Because personalized orders quickly enter the production process, changes or cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing the purchase.
