Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of receipt at 2000fritab@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the product.

Refunds: Once the claim is validated, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days.

Custom Products: Made-to-order or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
